How do i get rid of tinnitus?

How can i GET RID OF MY ALLERGY INDUCED TINNITUS?

• I have had this ringing constantly for about 2 months now.The drs say its probally allergy induced...but i also have hardcore stress right now...not sure if it was caused by the tinnitus.Any how,some times its gets very mild then other times mostly when i dwell on it,it gets louder.I wouldve thought it was just stress induced,but I also noticed its at its worse when my ears feel plugged.For a couple months before i got it,I was having episodes where my ear would feel very full,like they needed to pop.And now they crak and kinda pop throughout the day.I also have headches.My dr said It would go away in a few weeks,but its been 2 months,and im starting to think will never go away.And if it in fact is due to allergies,how will it go away if they dont know what type of allergy and how to treat it??? So has anyone had any success in curing it by natural remedies???Oh,and oddly enough most of the time now its actually better at night then in the day.
