Is it possible to be allergic to shellfish but still be able to eat shrimp?

I eat shrimp every once in a while and I'm fine but I ate crab legs the other night and had a deathly reaction... Also, once while eating out juice from my dates lobster got on my lip and it was swollen.....is this possible to be allergic to all shellfish except shrimp?

This is a question I'm interested in as well, I can eat crab fine but Shrimp gives me a reaction, makes my lips swell. There all shellfish as far as I know. Maybe there something in one that's not in the other that makes us allergic.
