Why is my nose always stuffed?
-
Im nineteen years old and for about the last two years my nose has always been stuffed. I have no other symptoms of being sick. Im perfectly fine except I have to constantly blow my nose because I cant breathe or Im too stuffy. Any Idea on why this might be? Or natural ways of curing it?

Answer:
I have the same problem an I have all year round allergies. I use a nasal spray prescribed by my doctor called Flonase. You can also get over the counter saline solution for your nose. There is Ocean spray an Breathe Right. The pharmacist in the drug store can help you with that. You can actually make your own. All it is is room temp water an a little salt mixed together an you spray it or get it into your nose some how. I bought the Breathe Right an saved the empty bottle an made my own solution an put it in the bottle so I could spray it up my nose.
