Why are my eyes always watering?

My eyes are always watering it's so annoying. I do have allergies and eye drops kinda help but they water again an hour later. I pull down the skin underneath my eyes, so my eyes would stop watering but they don't so please help.

some people have that problem. there are special eye drops for watery eyes and its usually linked to allergies.
