Why is my nose stuffed?

Its been bout a week I'm not sick I don't know if I'm allergic to anything never reall had a issue before my nose been stuffed for bout a week have to keep clearin it and breath threw mouth I can breath threw nose but after a bit it gets irrating kuz its stuffed and when I sneeze it sometimes starts to run...any ideas why its so stuffed?
