Why is my nose constantly stuffy?

Runny Nose,Sneezy Nose, Stuffy Nose, Hoarse Voice Why?

  • Okay yall im 16 goin on 17 and i am a female but anyways yall i been kinda sick all week first i felt a bit nauseous like last Sunday but it passed and didnt puke. But anyways my throat became a bit itchy and scratchy but not sore. Then nose was sniffly and den congested..No cough..No sore throat..Just Sneezing like crazy ..sniffly nw and a bit congested at night ...ugh what is wrng with me...duh siick lolz

    Probably viral infection in sinuses that is causing post nasal drip. If you notice you wake up with a worse throat, then that would support the post nasal drip because you lay down at night. It would also explain your voice, because the drip irritates the larnyx. I would run a humidifier at night and prop yourself up on pillows to sleep. Give it 7-10 days, then go see a doctor to be sure you don't need an antibiotic for bacterial infection.

Hello, i had the same problem and im 15. i found out that im allergic to dust in some way. i know this sounds really general but id din't get much info from the doctor. basically if im in a particularly dusty enviroment i get those symptoms. ways to help this - i was encourgaged to use hypo-allergenic pillows and quilts and also to take allergy pills but only when my symptoms were really really bad.
