What can I eat to help with hay fever?

I get bad hay fever from like the beginning of august till late September. I have taken every over the counter drug and they almost made my symptoms worse. So now I am taking herbal supplements and they have helped but what are some of the best things to eat and drink to avoid hay fever? Thanks!!!
