Really bad allergies and possible sinus infection.

How do I get rid of a sinus infection/ possible allergies?

• I have had sinus infections since I was 13. I am now 22. I just moved to Arizona, but have had chronic congestion since the beginning of March. Usually Biaxin just takes it away, but now its not going away. I have tried the netti pot, vicks dayquil and nyquil for sinuses, biaxin as I have said before, nasonex, claritin, zyrtec, putting vicks under my nose, I am out of ideas. As you may see I am quite familar with cures for the good ole sinus infection, but this one just wont let up. I work 17 hour days in a dialysis unit as a PCT and can't afford to keep having sleepless nights. Any new suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also OTC drugs don't generally work either. Like advil sinus and pseudophed; although I have not tried them this time, I have in the past and it was like I have not taken anything at all. I also have a humidifier. I forgot that. PLEASE HELP!!!
