Accidentally eating mold/mildew, health effects?

I may have ingested mildew accidentally after cleaning the bathroom. If I did it was probably the size of a pin head, if that makes any significant difference. What happened was that I thought I got it all off my hands. I then ate a sandwich. After eating I noticed there was still a small black dot on one of my hands, so maybe I still had some on my hands still when eating, it may have gone on the sandwich when I was eating it. I guess it would've been a small amount of mildew particle... when I got it on my hands originally it was a bunch of really small pieces, like I said before about the size of a pin head or so. I don't feel sick at the moment and it happened yesterday. Not sure if I should be worried.
