When will there be a peanut allergy cure?

Does eating a lot of peanut based foods increase my chances of developing peanut allergy?

  • I recently found out that peanut allergies usually develop in children but can also develop later on in life. I'm 19 right now and I eat a lot of peanut based foods everyday. I mean I eat tons of Reese's Puffs, lots of peanut butter, and sometimes a bag of peanuts. Does that make me any more prone to developing a peanut allergy than others who don't eat as much peanut based foods as I do? Another question: how does a peanut allergy develop? Is the onset sudden? Can a peanut kill me when the previous day I had no allergic reaction to it? Is life really this shitty?

  • Answer:

No, your not going to get a peanut allergy just my eating a lot of peanut foods. Just doesnt work that way.
