Why is my eye swollen?

Why do i have a swollen under eye? Only my right one...?

Ok so im confused...i have an under eye "bag" thats what it looks like but its only on ONE eye...MY right eye...AND right under my eye its like "discolored" kind of a lighter shade than what it normally is..i have no idea why and what it is,.when i smile it makes it look like i have a bag under my eye. i drink 3 water bottles a day or at least i TRY to ....i take a vitamin "centrum" and i eat healthy im only 22.turning 23 on Oct.i do have under eye circles. So what could be the reason for this? it just started like in May...and my eyes get itchy sometimes and i also feel like my nose is stuffy and some flem... sorry if i gave to much info=[ but i really dont know what is is and why its only on ONE of my under eyes.:( WHAT SHOULD i TAKE FOR iT?? =[ WHAT KiND OF ALLERGi MED? I DO THiNK iTS ALLERGiES.WE HAVE 2 CATS THAT ARE iNSiDE THE HOUSE AND MAYBE THAT COULD BE iT BECAUSE i NEVER HAD THiS BEFORE...i SLEEP WiTH MY HEAD ELEVADED BUT THAT DOSENT HELP...
