Am I allergic to wasp stings?

If allergic to wasp stings, could you be allergic to cow killer ants?

I was just stung by a cow killer ant (those big black and red ant looking bugs) while feeding my horses and I'm worried if I should seek further attention. I am allergic to wasps and if I get stung I have to take an antihistamine and head straight to the hospital. Could these be any worse? I have already taken a benadryl but I'm pretty worried. I don't know if I'm psyching myself out but my arm feels weird. Please let me know asap. If possible instant message me. It'll go through my phone faster. Thanks

It is possible to be allergic to both, but not necessarily. I am not allergic to wasps, but I am allergic to ants.
