I had a big out break of hives, went to the hospital, but it re occurred later tonight? do i have to go again?

I went to the hospital at midnight, because of a huge outbreak of hives. There the doctor put me on meds to calm the hives down, and gave me a prescription, which i didnt get cause of the time. As i got home and slept for 4 hours the hives reappeared on the part of my body that didnt that hives earlier. Why? do i have to go back to the doctor, because it is the same like at midnight when it first broke out, but on the different part of my body where it didnt occurred before. help im dieing with this itch and cannot do nothing.
