hello just to tell you you can buy non drowsy tabs for allergies, your problems will go when the winter comes! However your chemist will advise you on tabs. There are a lot of weed pollen about at this time of year which are prob the cause of your discomfort.

Take an ANTI HISTAMINE there are lots on the market some are stronger than others in that they will make you drowsy, I would start with a mild one and see how you get on, take one a day and start before you know the first signs of an allergy appear then continue to after the time zone for the allergies then you should find yourself enjoying life like all the others out there
