Anyone know what i can or cant eat if im allergic to milk, eggs, soybean and rye?

my throat's been bothering me for months and ive been misdiagnosed, they all thought it was yeast or acid reflux, i saw a different throat doctor cause of moving, had to leave my job cause of a bad knee, this guy took one look at my throat and saw my throat and toungue swollen and sent me for allergy testing, i need to know exactly what i can or cant eat, especially since im having arthroscopic knee surgery in about a wk and cant have my throat swelling up during the surgery, ive been taking benadryl but cant take it the last couple of days cause of a skin test im having done tom, cause it can mess up the test, this is all new to me, i never knew i had allergies and since july my throat's been in a lot of pain cause of being misdiagnose, any suggestions on what to eat or not eat so i do this right? so i dont have my throat closing up on me.

Rice, oatmeal, go to a health food store and find other things to eat. you can find bread without gluten. You will have to learn what you can eat and what you cannot but you will need to keep a food journal when you eat things and write down how you feel eating them. I had some food allergies years ago but a friend prayed them off of me and now I do not have anymore trouble eating anything. You can take alka seltzer gold to stop any allergic reaction that is what they use in the allergist clinics. I used to be allergic to eggs and that is what I used to stop any reaction. you won't need benedryl then. for milk you can drink rice milk and it is not bad tasting. there is almond milk and other milks to chose from. Goats milk. see which one you like. As you go in the health food store like whole foods you will find that they have everything for those who cannot eat certain foods. but they are expensive.

You should have been given information on this by that doctor, as a precaution. Now you should go back and get this, and/or contact the hospital for advice. You have to eat, but we don't want you getting anaphalactic shock, which can kill.

You can find things in a health food store, but I think frozen dinners that have a tomato base would be okay. I'll check the frozen dinners and see if I can find some without milk in it. Can you do any cooking or were you just looking for things that are instant? Doing your own cooking is healthier. The other things have lots of additives. I cook oatmeal with chopped apples in it every other day. You can cook chicken and make a sauce using coconut milk and that's not dairy of course. Buy some non-dairy creamer to have on hand for various things.
