How to get rid of nasal allergies, please help?

What is the best kind of cat to get for a person with allergies???? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!?

Okay, so i want a cat more than u would ever believe!! BUT my brother is allergic (he's allergic to almost EVERYTHING on the allergy test.) and my mom was going to get a dog..but we didnt (my bro is on the allergy shot..fyi) and i was wondering what kind of kitten (not hairless cats...i love 'em...but i dont want one sorry hairless kitties!) would be good for me to get that my mom would concider. and how could i '"allergy proof" the house. like how could i make it so his allergies woukd act up even less?
