Can cows be lactose intolerant?

I mean my friend says they can cause they don't drink their milk. But i say they can't cause they produce it. so can it??

I produced milk too after child birth. That doesn't mean anything. Lactose intolerance is mostly over rated and not indicated for most people who think they have it.
