Confusing headache symptom?

Whenever I drink Soy Bean I get dizzy or minor headache.Anybody having the same symptom like me?

  • I wanted to likes soy bean but whenever I consume it, it just makes me dizzy and sometimes headache. Normally those serve in the box that really makes me sick..homemade soy bean is fine,sometimes. Any body having the same problem?

    it could be an allergy to soy! it's a very common allergy, i'm sensitive to it myself but experience skin rash type symptoms. stop eating or drinking soy for a while (at least a week) and then introduce your body to it, see what happens.

i think you might be allergic. but since you're fine with the homemade stuff then you might be allergic to whatever they put in the boxed soy.

i love it but it makes me sick go to ur doctor and ask if u are alirgerc to any of the ingrediants
