Hi, Just wondering what that ^^ is? And what do people mean when they say there's a difference between losing regular weight, and water weight? How do you lose water weight? :D

Water weight is basically when your stomach holds onto fluids, usually during your "special time of month" or around there. Water weight is usually what you sweat off during a workout. But you need to try and find workouts that burn calories and fat, not water weight. Water weight comes and goes very often and isn't extremely easy to control. To prevent it, try holding off on salty snacks. Salt retains water. Hope this is what you're looking for! :)
