Please help me with my DIET.?

hi everyone,i'm from egypt and the first thing i wanna add is that we don't have alot of diet food...only vegetables fruits and tuna that's all pretty much so no varieties at all ,i started my diet on the 9th of january and today it's the 5th of jan so far only lost 5 kilos which is 11.0231131 pounds i think it's not alot or moving too slow ..is losing 5 kilos in that long time good or bad? i can't find alot of fat free stuff and if i did it's very expensive here coz it's imported stuff ..i wanna share with u what i do and tell me if my diet is good or not..i've been only eating fruits like bananas,oranges,water melon and guava,for vegetables i eat zukini,peas,carrots,potatoes,brokley all steamed i dont even add butter or salt or anything just steamed vegetables..but these days i found low fat cottage cheese so i added tomatoes and green peppers to it and i got brown bread i spread it on one piece every day and also found low fat yougurt i eat one a day...so that's it pretty much coz i kinda got bored of the raw vegetables even tho i know its the most healthy and helps u lose weight...on top of that i go walking everyday for an hour ....so what's wrong?why am i not losing more weight? and i never cheated on my diet ..and to add something else we have this tea it says diet tea u drink 2 cups a day after ur meal and it makes u have diarrhea so makes me go to the bathroom alot ...now i wanna know why am i not losing anymore weight since i lost only 5 kilos from 9th of jan until now...i wanna lose 20 kilos by end of march i mean 15 more kilos to go since i lost 5 already is there anything to help???do i need to walk more than 1 hour? and please dont tell me to eat chicken or meat or fish coz they are so expensive i cant afford them.also i wanna ask is having a day off a good idea or not coz alot told me u need to have a day off but i dont wanna ruin it .
