How much weight can u lose in a month?

i was wondering what a good number of weight is to lose a month. i would like to lose at least 20 if anyone has any ideas how to help. i usually eat around 1000-1200 calories a day. i exercise 30 mins a day on a treadmill and i do like 20 pushups,leglifts,crunches a day. i work 5 days a week usually 6 hours during that time im bending and walking so i get more exercise. i was just wondering when or how many months it will take for my body to really show the weight loss and how much i have to lose to show it. i currently weight 254.40 i weighed 268.80 a month ago
