How to make your legs skinnier?

No matter what I do, I can't seem to make my legs any skinnier?

  • What can I do to make my legs thinner?! I go for a 3 to 5 mile walk everyday, and have been for the past two and a half months, and I don't even eat that much, but nothing I do seems to make my legs much thinner! Just more muscular and toned. NOT what I was aiming for. Help?!

    Squats and lunges are great for the legs/butt area. Cardio will help slim down any fat lingering on your legs. However if you're doing workouts to slim your legs, it's inevitable that you will put on muscle and become more toned. But this isn't a bad thing, once the ratio of fat to muscle becomes more muscle than fat, you're legs will look lean and long. Also try doing some yoga, there are a lot of great poses that target the butt and thigh/leg area that are less intense that will help slim down your legs. Hope this helped

That's because you aren't targeting your thighs. And you should eat a right amount of food. You can't just say I don't eat that much. Eat how much you need to for your age, and eat healthy. And target your thighs by using the cycle! I'm 15, and it worked out for me. Also, do lunges. If you don't have a cycle, go to the gym and use the cycle, or get a bicycle. You need to do workouts that directly target the thighs. Hope this helped!! :)xx
