How to make a healthy breakfast shake?

Would you consider this a lot of food for breakfast and lunch.....this is my work out ...?

  • I am doing 6 flights of stairs FIVE times at work.... and after work walking my husky 30 min and doing my eliptical 30 minutes. Breakfast I had a Slim Fast shake 190 cal. and mixed pinneapple, guava, and oranges. 140 cal Snack when I could not make it to lunch.. 6 Doritos brand cheese sandwich crackers. Lunch I had a Schlotzskis sourdough sandwich, but left out half the bread... a bag of their chips...and 2 of their medium size cookies. Should I skip dinner or only have some green beans and cherry tomatos???????????????

    I only have one problem with slim fast: have you looked at the sugar content? It is as much sugar as a cola! It looks like you need some lean meat in your diet as well, some fish or boneless skinless chicken breat would be good. There are alot of websites on a yahoo! search that offer low calorie, healthy meals. But, I believe a salad with a side of fish would be perfect. Also, try your pineapple guava and oranges blended together with a little protein powder and plain low fat yogurt and ditch the slim fast! Hope this helps.

i think you should eat more. like a nice hamburger. no im just kidding well in your case i think you should eat vegetables. When ever you get hungry try to eat stuff at least some vegetables or fruit

Mary said it all! :D I think you could cut back a little. Like the 2 cookies. And instead of regular chips, try baked! :D good luck.

Don't skip dinner or any meals if possible. You can eat a decent dinner and be fine. You should start planning you meals in advance and write down the calorie totals to make sure you stay under your goal. I think weight watchers would work best with you.

I agree with most of the answers whatever you do i think you need to meet with an nutritionalist and also a fitness trainer before creating a daily routine.But do not skip any meals I would say have the green beans and cherry tomatoes

dont skip dinner, just eat something small like a salad, or lots of veggies and maybe a small piece of chicken. Shouldve skipped the cookies if you already had the Dorito crackers...thats a lot of junk....but otherwise good!♥
