How to make your legs skinnier?

How do I make my arms and legs skinnier in 6 days?

  • Ok, so I know this might be nearly impossible, but its worth a try. So, over winter break I've made my arms bigger and my legs bigger too? And I have 6 more days until school. Anyone know anything to help me make my arms and legs skinnier in 6 days?

    Do you actually have fat? If so, then do plenty of cardio exercises, like running, jump rope, swimming, etc. Also reduce your calorie intake (but don't starve yourself! - That won't help). Don't have any sugary foods or drinks like sodas, sweet, etc. You'll begin to take in less calories than you need and you'll cut up fast.

It's all in your head. Really, I'm sure you didn't gain too much. If any. You can't gain much weight in sucha short period of time. Enjoy the holidays. Run, jump rope, box, swim, etc. Also just eat right. Exercises, eat more fruit/veggies. That's it. Be healthy, PLEASE. :)

Lift weights, do squats, and RUN.

That really is pretty impossible, but if you can at least get a start on it now it can help. For your arms, some high rep low weight weight training can help. If you do not have access to weights, you can do things like various types of push ups and pull ups, which will help too, but will not necessarily target your arms. For legs, any athletic activities will pretty much help. Choose from running, soccer, elliptical, etc. and just push yourself as best you can. Good Luck!
