i want to have a flat stomach but i dont know what to do.....i almost look like i have reached my goal. but my stomach muscles are loose ...i need some exercise tips r something to tighten them up!! thank you!!!!

Crunches, everyone thinks they will make you lose weight on your stomach, but they don't, they just tighten up your stomach muscles, so try that. And maybe some lunges! :)
