Tightening loose skin after weight loss?

So I'm one of those teenagers that actually lost the weight they gained and I lost ALOT. I started out at 240 and had been that way for a while. When I entered highschool I decided I wanted to change and got down to 150 in about a year. Well apparently that was too fast because I have quite a bit of loose skin. Like I'm not fat anymore but my belly is still big from all the loose skin. How do I get rid of it?

Work out do some ab work outs and your skin will start to go on to the muscle. Also believe it or not massaging it will start to tighten it up.

What o did( I had the same problem) got a note book and I watched tv and during the commercials, I did as many situps as I could, and recorded it and tried to beat my record . All lose weight was gone withen a month or two
