How do i get a six pack?

  • Hello im 16 and I already kind of have a four pack when i flex but i want a six pack. I dont know why i still dont how one yet. I do at least 100 push ups a day, i do a bunch of crunches, and i walk and ride my bike a lot. Ive also ate nothing but healthy stuff for the past 4 months like fruits, eggs, Subway, and no soda or candy or anytning. I also dont use any of that fake stuff like protein shakes, energy drinks and that powder stuff. Ive searched the internet but i always have to buy something and i dont want to buy anything. I just want real muscles from real exercise and eating healthy why do people think thats wierd? And i found this youtube video that said how to get a six pack in 30 minutes, and ive been doing it for at least 30 minutes everyday for four months straight and i still dont have a six pack. WHAT A BUNCH OF HORSE SHITT! Why do i still not have a six pack, this is dumb. What am i not doing? I also need a six pack in about a month in a half because its going to be the end of the school year and all the sophmores are going to Sun Splash for the end of the year field trip and i am trying to impress this girl in my class. Which is why i started my diet and stuff in the first place.
