How can I design a workout program for myself?

Missed two days of the insanity workout program?

  • Okay So I did the fit test on a monday then I missed tuesdays workout so I did tuesdays workout on wednesday and wednesdays workout and thursday and thursdays workout on friday and then I was supposed to do fridays workout on saturday and saturdays workout on sunday which would have been my day off. Should I just start the first week over or go ahead and go to the second week? Hopefully this makes since. Thanks for everyone's help. I'll add additional details if needed.

    no one cares.... its not going t kill you if you miss a workout, just do the workout after that
