I need help losing weight please? Give me some success stories n tips.?

Hi everybody! Well ive been trying to lose weight but i just don't know how to do it i come up with these diets n ideas to lose weight but idk if they r healthy or not and i just end up breaking them like in a week because i think they will not work. I just wanna go back to my normal weight 120-125 i don't have a whole lot of weight to lose i have to lose like 20-25 pounds because im about 145-150 now and im 5'4. I did have a baby almost 3 yrs ago but i was only like 10 pounds overweight but this year i gained the rest i do love junk food n i don't really exercise anymore and i do know i need to stop eating junk food and start exercising and im trying to. What i need help with is i need stories or tips on how you have lost weight, how did u start exercising (what kind of exercises did u do) should i take some sort of weight loss pills or no? Just give me stories and ideas, good healthy diets etc. Please everybody and thank you....!!! =)

DON'T TAKE PILLS!!! They work but they do more harm than good, plus as soon as you stop taking them your most likely going to gain the weight back. Raise your motabolism, it's easier than you think. You by no means have to starve yourself to lose weight. I've lost 30 pounds and I literally eat ALL THE TIME. And exercising works too, especially p90x. It costs like $120 but it's worth it. And it has got a whole nutrition guide that comes with it.
There's no secrets, just common sense. Cut back on sugar and carbs, exercise where you get your heart rate up and keep it there for a good 20 minutes. You want to be breathing hard but not out of breath. You burn more than you take in and you will lose weight.
Watch The Biggest Loser. They show you which foods and recipes will make you feel satisfied. They show you how to live in the real world and still have time to take care of yourself. Plus, watching very large people lose weight is an inspiration!
