How much weight can I lose in 2 months? Please answer!?

Hi. I'm 13, 5'9 and 192.2 pounds. Heres a picture of me: http://www.flickr.com/photos/76228652@N03/6845120798/ So I have 2 whole months to lose weight. I've started eating healthier for 2 weeks to prepare myself, and I'm dieting starting Monday. I'm really commited to it and really will lose weight. So anyways, with my height, weight, and age, about how much time a day do I need to exercise a day? And how many days a week? And what did you think of the picture? I know I'm a little over weight, but what do you guys think? Thx!

You can lose at least 1-2 pounds a week. But you need to exercise at least 5 days a week and the other 2 can help you to relax your muscle. You can always eat healthy too. Don't skip any meals or you can have small 5-6 meals instead of 3 big meals. You can do cardio exercise, like walking and jogging. Yoga and Pilates will help you strengthen your core and legs.
