So how much weight would i lose in 2 months I mainly just want fat off i dont care about how much i weigh Im planning on this what do you think? Wake up: 10 :30 am Breakfast: Yougurt (yoplait) and peice of bread with 1 tablespoon peanut butter and 1 cup of milk 11:15 -12:00 Walk for 2 mile. 12:00 Lunch Salad and tuna ( Lettuce, Tomato, 2 tablespoon of ranch and Tuna) 12:30-1:00 Dance 2:00- 2:30 Walk 1 mile 2:30 Snack Water and yogurt (yoplait) 3:00-3:15 weight lifting 3:15- 3:20 strecthing 5:00-5:15 quick walk maybe 4 blocks How much weight would i lose doing that in 2 monthes? Also i would be playing soccer 2 a week for the next 3 weeks each time for 90 minutes.. Thanks do you think i can do it? If not how much would i lose? Any tips or suggestions? Don't work out too much expecially in the begining, your body needs rest. Expecially when you are working muscles that haven't been used in a while. Walk one day then Lift the next and keep switching it up. Don't do the same thing everyday. This goes for eating as well!
