I wanna lose weight as fast as possible?

and i was thinking that i could go one day without eating(every other day), which the means the next day i eat normally(healthy foods). If i do this and a lot of exercising for 2 weeks could i lose weight and keep it off? Or would my body go into starvation mode? please any info on this. spring break is in a few weeks and i just need to lose a few pounds. I need to lose it as fast as possible though. could this work??

I wont say you wont loose any weight, because you will obviously, but you will be running a few risks. Your metabolism will slow down, so when you start to eat normally you will gain weight easier. You may start to binge, which is when you eat a large amount of food in a short period of time. Your body may feel as though it is starving(most likely will) and when you see food you may loose control and go crazy. If you start to binge it gets hard to stop and you could develop BED(Binge Eating Disorder) or bulimia. You could become obsessed and develop anorexia. I would say for a longer lasting result you should stick to eating no less than 1200 calories a day and exercising.

i dont know but i am sure that starving yourself isnt going to work lol What i do is eat tofu and a salad with yogurt dressing everyday as much as i want And drink tea at least once a day or more i've been doing like for 2weeks and lost 5pounds
