How to lose leg fat & tummy fat.. ?

Tummy fat can be rid of by doing all types of sit ups, routinely each day. As for upper leg and thigh fat, squats, for lower leg fat I suggest walking or jogging. A good diet is important too! Remember, you have to exercise daily and stretching is also vital! Good luck:)!
