What are some ways I can tone up my calves?

How can I tone my calves?

  • I do a lot of walking several miles each week. The front part of my calves are solid and really toned. However the back part of my calves are kind of solid and lack tone and definition. I don't go to a gym or have access to any kind of equipment and was wondering how i could get the other part of my calves to be as toned and solid as the rest.
