How many calories should i bet eating a day to lose weight/inches?

  • I'm a female , 17. I weigh 155 and I'm 5'10. I really want to look good for the summer and I have extra fat arond my hips (saddlebags) stomach and thighs. I've been going to the gym everyday and I've cut out pop chips candy & a lot of other stuff that I never realized was bad for you. In a month I've only lost a inch around my waist and some fat around my upper hips. A calculator has told me I need to eat around 2400 calories to maintian my weight. I'm so confused with the whole 500 defiet stff. So. How many calories should I eat a Day and how many calories should I burn at the gym daily?
