What is the best diet plan for a vegetarian that has IBS?

Best Diet Plan?

• I am so fed up with diet scams, diet books, diet infomercials. I just want a diet that is gonna work, no scams, no bells and whistles. There seems to be a new diet plan everyday and I am smart enough not to shell out any more money on something that is not gonna work. I eat well, I exercise and it's not enough. If anyone out there has a diet plan suggestion (that has actually worked for you or someone you know) for a busy Mom, I would sure appreciate it! Thanks in advance :-)

  I did Weight Watchers about 14 years ago. Lost 56 pounds. Have followed their style of eating since then. The thing is, it's a general calories in calories out thing overall. You have to be eating fewer calories than you burn to lose weight. There is an online plan avail as well, so if you are busy, you don't have to go to meetings. Try it out, it does work IF you follow it. And it's easy to follow.
