Friend sarah would like to ask something. i know im overweight, but how much should i lose to be healthy?
-
im 5'4 and im 160 pounds. i dont want to lose a MAJOR amount of weight like 30+, but how much do you think i should lose to be considerably healthy? NOT skinny - healthy as in im not fat, im not overweight, but im not skinny either.
-
Answer:
I would recommend around 20 lbs. Unless most of your body is made of muscles, 160 for 5'4 kinda borderline overweight (that's BMI 26.6)
