How to lose weight fast? Im so confused?

I don't know how much weight i should lose but i think maybe about 30ish pounds if you think different please tell me. pretty simple question. Im a girl, 13 5'3 and 134 pounds. I have about 2.5 months to lose 30ish pounds. Thanks so much. Please don't laugh at me, I already know it is pretty bad. I want to lose it so badly but binge way too much. My mom is also a no diet kind of person. She wont let me do any diet that will cut out foods or anything like that. you're not even overweight in the first place and your body's about to go through a bunch of hormonal changes, so expect your weight to fluctuate. oldest advice is often the wisest = eat HEALTHY, not small amounts. swap processed foods for natural and try to eat as much raw food with a lot of protein. exercise, even if it's for only 15 minutes a day. there's no way you can lose 30 lbs in that little amount of time, especially because that would be way too great of a weight loss for your tiny frame in the first place. just eat right and move around and you'll be on your weight to being fit. :)

Got to start looking at what you eat.find out how many calories you are eating.understanding how many calories you normally consume in a day is the first step. A great website that is free for this is myfitnesspal.com. If your mom will not let u diet then see if she will let you decide some meal ideas and or help cook..Use whole/wholesome foods. Stop eating sugar (pop) (candy)( ketchup ). Eat lean meats and keep carbs as low as possible. Carbs u do eat need to be whole grains. Brown rice,whole grain pasta and whole grain bread (careful though--not to much carbs) ..help your mom shop. Tell her its because its healthy..and thats not a lie..eat apples and vegetables. Record every single thing u eat and use myfitnesspal to log it in keep those calories low as you can. Carbs as low as you can.(if u feel like crap -no energy-then add just alittle more carbs to your diet). Recap: log everything u eat and keep calories low.(dont u lie to your self RECORD everything u put in that mouth...after u lost your weight then u can stop counting and u will have a base idea what u ate day to day.----low carbs---only eat the carbs if u got no energy and feel like crap...u want to drop weight? EATING little amount of carbs will do it ..and lean meats ---bonless skinless chicken. Lean beef.fish...some might say eat every 2 hours or 6 times a day...that does help but can make u go nuts trying to eat every 2 hours and having it be healthy foods. Eat only healthy fats. (Sounds bad but a small amount of healthy fats will help u cut fat and is needed/healthy) Good way to do this is have a small hand full of raw almonds as a snack a day. Dont eat over 400 calories at any one meal. You dont want your blood sugar to go to high from a huge meal or sugared /fatty junk food items to cause a spike in blood sugar because that will give body the green light to store fat.im not going to say good luck..has nothing to do with luck..record what u eat and learn from it...one day u will not have to record..but if u are anything like me i was clueless on how many calories are in many types of foods..and or fat and carbs ...myfitnesspal will break it down for you. Learn to use it.dont stop recording until u reach your goal. Ps:exercise ... at least 30 minutes of cardio.

Thirty pounds is probably too much to lose. Fifteen to twenty pounds may be more like it but it depends on your frame and how much is muscle and how much is fat. Healthy fat loss is about 2 lbs. a week. Anymore than that is likely to be water and it will come back quickly. Skipping meals is not a good idea because your body thinks you are starving it and holds onto the fat. The best way to lose fat permanently is to get regular exercise every day and to eat really healthy foods. Eat lots and lots of raw, fresh vegetables and fruit, some raw nuts and seeds, some lean meat, fish and some unsweetened yogurt, eggs and some whole grains, like brown rice, oatmeal and quinoa. If you stop eating white foods, junk foods, fried foods, sugar and processed foods (foods that come in a box) your body will start burning fat. But be sure to take up some sport or start hiking or bicycling or some activity you really love so you do it every day. Do this and eat good foods and you'll be slender and stay slender all your life.

Hey girl! Do not worry! Because you are only 13, your body still has a lot of growing to do. But here's a fun fact. The average girl should way 100 pounds for the first 5 feet and about 5 pounds per every inch following. This is just a healthy weight. You should weigh in at about 115lbs, but being a little over isn't bad either. I'd say set your goal at 120! You DO NOT need to lose 30lbs. The best part is, you don't have to do much. simply change something. For example: Don't drink pop--just A LOT of water and tea. you'll be surprised how much this helps. Also, take little walks around your neighborhood, and use the stairs instead of escalators at the mall. Just change things little by little. Don't starve yourself--just eat healthier little by little and you will see a change! If you want quicker results--make cardio exercise a priority! (running, walking, trampoline, jump rope) but have fun with this! don't let it stress you out! good luck!
