How to lose weight fast? Im so confused?

  • I don't know how much weight i should lose but i think maybe about 30ish pounds if you think different please tell me. pretty simple question. Im a girl, 13 5'3 and 134 pounds. I have about 2.5 months to lose 30ish pounds. Thanks so much. Please don't laugh at me, I already know it is pretty bad. I want to lose it so badly but binge way too much. My mom is also a no diet kind of person. She wont let me do any diet that will cut out foods or anything like that. I'm 16 and i lost 30 pounds on 2.5 months by exercising 4 times a week for 2 hours (1 hour cardio, and the other weight lifting) and ofcourse dieting. (the only meat i ate was grilled chicken), and i ONLY drank water and green tea. Good luck!!
