Safe way to lose 30lbs?

I need to lose 30lbs in 2months is there a safe way to lose that amount fast? I do not want to take any mircle pills or drinks I would like to do this safely any suggestions would help thank you

I used Weight Watchers and LOVED the program. Made things really easy for me. Healthy eating coupled with regular exercise allowed me to lose 35 lbs in 3 months. I've since lost 55 lbs and have kept it off for 6 years. If you don't want to join a program, research online (with height/weight/age/weightloss goals) and find out what your caloric intake should be for healthy weightloss. Pick up a calorie counting book and start a daily food journal - plan meals in advance and increase your veggie and water intake. Log your exercise and weigh in weekly - the weight will come off if you stay committed.
