How to get sexy, toned, slim arms?

How do i get a good toned body..stomach and pecs and arms i weight 196lbs 6'0 22 yrs old?

  • right now i walk 1.5 miles run for 15 minutes lift 25 lb dumbbells 3 sets of 15 50 crunches 25 pushups i also deliver furniture monday-friday and for eating no fast food eat veggies and fruit everyday drink at least a liter or 2 of water a day i try to eat healthy foods othewise give me advice or tell me what i need to do more and if you can please tell me when do you think i can get a good toned looking pecs and stomach and arms

    run the 1.5 miles 5 times a week at least. do the walk for cool down bulk up your weight from 25 to 30, then go up, on your last set, lift the weights until you can't anymore do atleast 100-150 crunches, you can rest at 50, but knock out another 50 after that do as many puch ups as you can in a set, then rest 1 minute, then do as many as you can do again, try to out to the first set everytime keep eating healthy, eat as much as you want as long as its healthy. stay active with work

You can start weighting your pushups and crunches and lift heavier weights. The discs that go on barbells work well for weighting pushups and crunches - for pushups, put the weight on your back, and for crunches, hold it over your chest with your arms crossed. If you can do 3 extra reps/set fairly easily with a higher weight, you can move up to that weight. When you say you lift them though, in what way? Curls work mainly biceps, but doing a chest press works pecs, biceps, triceps, back, and some core because you have to use power to balance them.

hit the gym as much as u can. some people say you can"over do it". hell naw. i hit the gym every day 30 mins running to bur of fat and 30 mins of weight lifting to tone muscles . if you cant get to a gym do work outs at home like pushups and what not
