Anyway....running, if you dont have a gym membership... at least 30 minutes a day. you need to stretch before and after aswel as to not pull a muscle. Eat healthy and stay away from junkfood. Dont skip meals. It slows down ur metabolism making u gain weight. Well thats the fitness part of it but heres the diet part. no white bread or rice....just limit your carbs. Only eat high fiber wheat carbs (oatmeal and wheat bread, high fiber cereal) to increase your metabolism. Start jogging too, instead of just walking. Dribnk atleast 2 glasses of milk a day and eat plain yogurts. Drink cranbery juice mixed with water and eat tons of fresh fruits and vegatables. Lift weights, even if its only 5 pounds. Do crunches and sit-ups and do leg excersizes to strain your muscel and loose fat. If you stick to eating a low carb low calorie and high fiber (fruits, vegatables, and high fiber grains) foods, continue working out (jogging and running and weights and sit-ups crunhces and leg exersizes) you will shed the fat and gain mucsel you will be proud of. Don't forget that as you exercise you will start to lose the fat and gain mussel. Now.. don't panic but mussel is heaver that fat, so you may not notice the scales moving but you Will be Abel to get into those hipsters a Little bit better. Running is the best wait to lose weight but to ensure the weight is being lost you really need to be in whats called your heart rate zone for best fat burn. This is usually only 65% of your total work rate. So you should be abel to talk and still run at the same time, you dont want to be working to hard when running. gecko juice

Good for you that you are interested in keeping fit, and that does not necessarily mean being skinny. Slim and fit is good because muscle weighs more than fat. At your age probably just cutting out sweets, fried foods like chips and fries, and sticking to whole grains in cereal, bread, pasta, and perhaps smaller portions. DO NOT SKIP MEALS as that will slow down your metabolism. As for exercise, do weights 3 x per week and aerobic exercise 5-7 days a week. Remember aerobic means NOT running until you can't breathe; you have to maintain a certain pulse rate. You can buy excelent tapes (or check your local library) reasonably on both subjects, and they can make it easier, enjoyable, and interesting because you will learn something as you go. Don't start with anything really hard yet; you don't really have to work really hard until you are very conditioned. Good Luck!
