Weight Watcher points in egg VS yolk?
-
Hey! I need a bit of WW help!! Every morning I have 1 or 2 scrambled eggs ( made with nothing ) on brown toast. I've always pointed it as 'egg' which is something like 1.5 WWP on the site.. Now I've noticed on the scales and online that there is one call egg yolk.. !? Which is 4points per egg yolk!? Which means I've been have 8 more points a day..? Which one do I follow? Because aren't they both the same!? I hope I'm wrong and just being thick! Can someone please explain the difference!!? Thankss! Alli x
