How can I get motivated and stay motivated to lose weight!?

I am a 19 year old female, just finished college. I am overweight and I need help! I have high cholesterol and have been to doctors after doctors about it. I start out eating healthy and exercising and then after two days, I fail. I feel so fat and un-pretty. My mom and dad work out every single day, and they eat pretty healthy. I can seem to get into a workout routine or eating healthy. I am never motivated enough to workout and it hurts me that I'm gaining weight! I have a best friend and we do everything together. We go biking, play catch, go swimming, but then everytime we always go an pig out on chips and snacks. I know I need to stop doing that, but everytime I go to her house, we eat. How can I stop this? I've been trying hard to do this and stay motivated, but nothing has helped. I have posted pictures of what I want to look like and clothes I want to fit in, to stay healthy, but nothing helps. I am lonely and I don't have any other ideas of what to do. Please help me.

Get your friend to motivated you... you dont have to tell her you're loosing weight if you dont want to but tell her you're trying to be healthy (she may do it with you), ask her to not eat when you do something and instead suggest bike rides also, -If you feel the urge to eat, do something gross like cleaning the toilet or cleaning the litterbox. -Eat slowly. Do not eat while watching television. -Drink herbal teas, water, juice diluted with water, and sports drinks. -Take a multi-vitamin every day. -If you start to binge, pour too much salt on the food to sabotage the binge. -Eat more vegetables instead of high calorie foods. -Bake, boil, or broil your food. Frying adds too much fat. -Keep a food diary to see what you have eaten. -Add fiber to your diet. Fiber helps make you feel full and promotes weight loss. -It is better to eat several small meals than to eat three regular meals each day. -Exercise is necessary for healthy weight loss. It also helps reduce sagging skin if you lose a lot of weight. -Eating in the morning is the best time of day. Breakfast boosts the metabolism. -Eat celery if you get the urge to snack. Celery is a negative calorie food that takes more calories to digest than what it contains. -Peppermints can reduce the appetite. You're young so i wouldn't worry too much as long as you're aware and exersise
