How to loose weight? Any tips?

  • I'm on my sister's account. lol . So I'm ugly lol. Im like 12? So hopefully puberty will make be look better. But i can't just depend on lik puberty soo im trying hard to become pretty ! I already have a plan for better skin... but i jsut cant loose weight! im 111 pounds... luckily i dont look ( toooo ) fat. Pl notice i gained weight but i dont fit in the looking fat category yet. But if it keeps going liek this ... i will look relly fat ... soo i want to loose weight August 1, which is 132 days. I want to loose 16 pounds. Any tips on how to loose weight? One tip I found is when I wanna eat some junk food, I get some gun instead or fruits. Another one is that drink 8 - 10 cups of water. Take it slow~! Examples~! First week - ( Workout for 10m ) .. Yeah im lazy lol Second Week - ( 20m ) Third - ( 30m ) Fourth - ( 40m ) 5 - ( 1 hr 30m )-- probably the time where i feel that im never gonna loose weight soo i workout alot lol

    I don't think you r ugly come on. And fat please girl! At your ege I was 114 till I got marry 6 months ago I still 19 years old and I'm 130 now. The older u get the fast you can get weight. Trust me. Don't stop eating that's bad for your health and worse. Cause you don't eat today and next day your organism is waiting for food and try to absorbed all he can and that's exactly why we don't lose nothing . Eat in small proportions and water fruits and vegetables :) I hope it works for you. . Kisses...

See if your parents can get you in to see a nutricianist. One really common things in teens (and you're almost there!) is undereating. I'm not talking about anorexia... just undereating. People are so concerned about gaining weight, they either simply don't eat enought, or they eat a little bit of rich and heavy food. (Rich food can feel more satisfying in smaller quantities.) If you are not eating enough then you will tend to gain weight no matter how much you work out. Also, since you are probably sitting all day, you might have more success working out twice a day for 30-40 minutes at a time for 5-6 days a week. Good luck and remember to be kind to you!
