Lost 20kg and i weigh 50 now. but i have stretch marks, flabby arms and soft all over :( HELP!?

i didnt lose the weight through exercise. i have no idea how i lost it, i ate well and didnt exercise but i managed to lose it.. but i've been stuck with stretch marks, and my body's not toned at all! i recently started jogging and briskwalking. i'm still not happy with my weight though.. i'm 20yrs old, and i wanna weigh 40? my height's 1.61cm. that should be okay right? any ideas on how to lose the weight or tone up and get rid of the stretch marks?
