How many calories should i have to lose weight?

Calorie Count confusion. How many calories do I really need to eat to lose weight?

  • I apologize, im a bit illiterate when it comes to this stuff, but im confused. Im 5'4, female, 123.8 pounds. I go on Calorie Count.com to track my intake of calories. I also exercise 5 times a week, but after not seeing results much, I started P90X 3 days ago. Calorie Count says I burn about 2100 calories a day. Im trying to eat about 1300-1400 calories but with excercising, i tend to eat a lot more since im always so hungry. I still try to stay in that range though. My intake so far today was about 1550 calories, but i burned 315 calories or so due to exercise today....so technically i ate so far about 1240 calories right?? Im trying to keep my net calories high... I feel like i eat too much, but IM SO HUNGRY NOWADAYS!!! I even gained a pound or so... but i have lost inches. I look more toned and almost all of my clothes are big on me (which is awesome!) I just want to know how many calories i should be truly eating if i am doing P90X? I want to be 115 pounds by May or June. I dont want to overeat, and Im 97% sure im not undereating... I eat so much O.O Im getting toned, but at the same time, I looked bloated and swollen in the mirror. :/ Im confused and frustrated.
