What is the best way to loose weight?

I am going to the Army soon and I need to loose weight before I go. What is the best & quickest way to do so?

I have about 6 months to loose the weight, but I would like to loose it a lot faster than 6 months so I can perfect on other things before I go to basic. I am in a cadet program now and my PT scores are barely making the requirements so I want to loose this weight so I can do better in the cadet program until I go to basic. I am about 5'10" give or take a little and I weight 225. I'm not rediculously fat but I am over weight. I dont want to change what I eat because there isn't much I will eat, but I can eat less, thats not a problem. What is the best and fastest way I can drop about 25 pounds? About how long will it take?

    I recently dropped that much in about 3 months, but you might not like my answer on how I did it. I ate only things such as fruits, veggies, and fat free foods, adding up to a total of 5 grams of fat a day. Don't worry about carbs: your body uses those for energy. As long as you stay away from simple carbohydrates like sugars then you won't gain weight. You also need to exercise daily. I did the Firm Ultimate Fat Burning Workout with instructor Alison Davis. It guarantees results in only 10 workouts, and did a fabulous job making my body toned and burning calories at the same time.

Eat the right foods and cut out all sugar ........................that should do it :)

Just exercise everyday. Doesn't matter which exercises you are doing but just exert yourself until tired. Everyday push yourself that little bit further and further and you will feel better, and shed some pounds off of your body. Though what you eat has a lot to do with how fast and how much weight you will lose. Stay away from greasy foods, like take-out and you should be okay. Good Luck

The healthiest way to lose weight is at about 2 lbs per week... Running is the first great exercise, followed by swimming and biking. I personally LOVE my elliptical machine. Eating less may not help unless your a conscience over eater, to build muscle you need to eat 1 gram of protien per lb of your weight (that's a lot).... but that's for big muscle builders. You need carbs for energy, and a certain amount of the "good" fats (mono and polyunsaturated). You want to say away from soda, coffee, fast food, and try to eat about five small meals a day to keep you satisfied. Keep up the cardio and mix in some weight training and you should be tone and fit in 6 months! Consistency and determination is the key!
