  • Answer:

I dont think there is anything you can do to avoid the loose skin. If you are still young your skin still may have alot of elasticity. However the older you get, you lose that elasticity. Thats why alot of people who have had dramatic weight loss end up having plastic surgery to get rid of it.

Swim at least two times a week and walk half an hour daily if you can , if you have more energy work out in the gym as well but swimming a lone or just walking daily is more than enough I am telling you this from my experience.

It depends on how old you are. Loose skin can be a problem if you are over 40. Don't lose weight too fast. It's bad to lose more than 1lb of weight per week - not only will you get loose skin, but you will also lose lean weight i.e. muscle and vital tissues. Losing weight slowly needs less will power and you're more likely to stick to your diet. Exercise will help to lose more weight around the middle, and prevent muscle loss. Get a fat monitor weighing machine to check that you are not losing too much muscle weight.

Lose it slowly 1 to 2 lbs a week and you should be okay. The loose skin is usually when people drop weight really fast like they do on the Biggest Loser or with the stomach surgery thingy.

The key is to keep your weight loss at about three pounds per week and add about 50 mg/day of zinc to your nutritional supplements. Doing so will keep your skin tight and no stretch marks.

Lose wight slowly. If you lose weight to fast you will get the saggy skin. Also, the key to weight loss is adapting a healthy lifestyle. If you eat a well balanced diet and exercise enough, but not like on The Biggest Looser, your skin will have a chance to shrink up. If you starve your self and eat crap food with no nutrients you will make it harder on yourself. Also, you can rub vitamin E on your skin to help with scarring from stretch marks.

I had a friend who lost 100+ pounds on the Atkins diet. He ended up with a TON of loose skin. I'm not a medical expert, but common sense tells me that it took him many years to get as large as he was. So his skin s-l-o-w-l-y stretched out to accommodate the extra weight. Then he took off a ton of weight very quickly, and I don't think his skin had time to spring back, so to speak. I would recommend losing weight the same way you put it on: slowly. I would suggest losing no more than two pounds a week, as well as incorporating some strength exercises into your routine. Once the fat burns off, you will have nice muscles underneath. Good luck!

do a lot of cardio!!

well you have to tighten those areas so you must do crunches to tighten your stomach that's all i know.
