What is the difference between a fat girl and a thick girl? ?

Your stomach.. if you have jelly rolls then ur fat. But if u have big thighs and a tight stomach then ur thick.

Fat girl is more like..you have extra fat that you don't need. Thick girl could be taken as you're big boned or they're just trying to be polite..but since you've been called a fat girl before too, it probably means that you should start thinking about losing some weight.

Fat Girl = Your overweight, or in the eyes of that person you don't seem like a model that tends to regurgitate their every meal.. Thick Girl = You some what don't get the simplest things out of a sentence.. In other words it's a more polite way of saying you're pretty stupid..

If you're too polite to tell someone they're fat you call them thick. If you're brutally honest you call them fat. If you have confidence in your body then neither should faze you.

They really mean the same thing. Thick is just a nicer way to say fat. But the way people use it, being called thick is alot better than being called fat. Its like this, thick girls are like maybe 10-15lbs overweight. Fat girls are more like 50lbs overweight.
